Hardi Plank siding and Mira Tec Trim were used on the exterior. Inside, the attention to detail was integrated into every facet of the home. There is a radiant in-floor heating system, which has a layer of "Insultarp" underneath the metal grid base, which further increases the energy efficiency of the dwelling by reducing heat loss into the ground.
